1. Digital Marketing Trainer

As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring aspiring digital marketers through hands-on training and in-depth knowledge-sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs covering SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, and more.
• Create training materials and keep content updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and group training sessions for students.
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide actionable feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

2. HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will manage the recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations to ensure that we build a team of talented, motivated professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and HR compliance.
• Organize team-building activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain employee records and manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Salesforce Trainer (Freelancer)

As a Freelance Salesforce Trainer, you will deliver professional Salesforce training to individuals or corporate clients, helping them build essential skills in CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct Salesforce training programs for beginners and advanced learners.
• Customize training sessions based on the audience’s needs, focusing on Salesforce CRM, automation, and integration.
• Provide practical, hands-on sessions to ensure learners can apply Salesforce tools in real-world scenarios.
• Offer post-training support and answer queries from learners.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge and certification in Salesforce CRM.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Prior experience in training or teaching Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
